- INSPECTION
In this first phase is necessary to accurately study the conditions of the site for which the project will be developed. Is a fundamental step for a proper creative, technical and progectual study to start. |

- PRELIMINARY PROJECT AND ESTIMATED RECKONING The preliminary project is based on a careful analysis of the specifications, obtained with an inspection in the foreseen place. It is composed, following the size and the complexity, by bi-dimensional perspective tables, tri-dimensional CAD drawings and perspective views. In the same phase the estimated reckoning is elaborated and ends off the project presentation, giving a first estimation of the costs, which are expressed "at scissors", to elaborate together with the customer the ideal budget needed for the project. |

- EXECUTIVE PROJECT The previous project is integrated by executive tables, which are the guide and the guarantee of the final result. Each constructive, decorative and installation detail is therefore studied and projected with the maximum precision to allow the technicians, the craftsmen and the builders to obtain optimum results. |

- PRODUCTION The final phase, to see the realisation of the executive project is coming to a near. A team of highly qualified craftsmen carry out the production phases, following with care and skill the executive tables that were previously approved. During this phase, like in all the previous ones, the customer is asked to check the status of the works. |

- INSTALLATION
Thanks to the worldwide capillarity which characterises the parent company Ind.i.a Spa, IL GRANDE FABBRO grants high quality installation around the world. In case the customer prefers to carry out the final phase with his own collaborators, the company will put at disposal a man in charge for the building site, as supervisor of the works in all their details. |
